winter | A Pinch of Glitz and Glam

It has been super cold up here on the east coast, and when I say cold I am talking the single digits! I hate leaving my house even for a couple minutes because I am not accustomed to this arctic weather. However the one good thing that has come out of this weather has been the infinite amounts of layers and sweaters I have to wear in order to keep warm!

Lately I have been loving this cable knit red sweater with a jeweled collar to added the perfect sparkle to this outfit.

The sparkles in the collar and the shine in gold thread of the sweater complimented each other perfectly!

The nude pumps made the casual outfit a little more dressy (perfect for a holiday party).

And of course my favorite part of the outfit my jewelry! I recently got both of these Kate spade pieces of jewelry for my birthday, and I simply can not get enough. The “learn the ropes” bracelet is perfect worn alone or with a watch and bracelet stack. The skinny minny bow ring bracelet adds to my obsession with bows! I love how dainty it is, and it goes great paired with the bracelet! So thank you so much to my best friends and boyfriend for both those presents!

Happy Christmas Eve to all you beauties out there!

I thought today would be the perfect day to showcase my a new found obsession with vests. I have been loving all kinds of vests lately (in case you could not tell from my instagram account). If I found a vest in any store I always feel like I need to add it to my wardrobe, and when I went into Zara and saw this fur vest I knew I had to buy it. It is super warm and great for the cold weather this winter. But here comes the disclaimer: I did get it in the kids section (ooopsies).
